Thank you for your interest in TrustLayer's Referral Program. We appreciate that our Risk Manager and Broker and Agency Partners are sharing TrustLayer with their friends and clients, and we want to show our gratitude by giving you some cold hard cash! :) However, as a business, we need to ensure that we can sustain this program in the long term. Please find below the relevant terms and conditions:
- Participation: To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a registered partner of TrustLayer, Inc. To register, please contact sharon@trustlayer.io.
- Referral Eligibility: You can submit a referral by either providing someone on the TrustLayer team with a direct introduction to a potential client or agency partner, including their contact information, or by sharing your unique referral link with them.
- Payment: You may be eligible to receive a referral fee for each successful referral that results in a new paid TrustLayer client relationship.
- Single Referral Payment: If multiple partners refer the same customer, or if referral/partner programs overlap (e.g., if the new client is referred by a broker at an existing brokerage that has special pricing or compensation), that Account will not be eligible for a Referral Payment. Further, any referral fee will be paid at TrustLayer’s sole discretion.
- Referral Acceptance: TrustLayer reserves the right to accept or decline a referral for any reason. Our acceptance of a referral is subject to our assessment of the potential customer's suitability for our services.
- Changes to the Program: TrustLayer may modify or update the Referral Program terms at any time.
- Commission Payment Process: Once a referral has converted into a paying customer, TrustLayer will initiate payment of the referral fee. The payment method and schedule will be discussed during the partner onboarding process.
- Relationship: Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and TrustLayer, Inc.
